I bought this ring for my grandma for xmas last year. It looks much like the picture and is good size. Its an excellent index or middle finger ring. If the person your buying it for has larger hands then it would even look good on a ring finger. Color of the jade was good.

i feel so lucky that i was able to get this ring on sale. i wear it on my middle finger and it is just the right size. the color is beautiful. i don't like dark green jade. the person who said the stone looks like plastic just doesn't know what jade is supposed to look like. this is a great buy and i love it.

I bought this ring in size 6 for my ring finger, ignoring A.Waters' review thinking that I have "larger" hands (after all, without exact measurement, size is relative). To my dismay, the ring appeared bulky and a bit loose, but not loose enough to wear on my middle finger. It also had an "older" look to it. So I went to the returns page the same day I received it, but then decided to hold on to it longer to make sure. While playing around with it, I tried putting it on my index finger and Voila! It fits perfectly! And it looks great on it. Modern, stylish, classy, and cool. I've been wearing it to work since and got tons of compliments. Needless to say, I'm glad I took my time and decided to keep it.

Perfect fit, but I thought that the setting and stone was going to be a little bit longer, so instead of wearing it on the index or middle finger as I intended; I have to use it in my ring finger (I have bulky hands.) The color of the stone is pale. Looks greener in the picture.
I also bought the earrings the same day. I like them, but again as above the stones are pale jade. Although, they are a bit heavy (maybe because most of the time I only use light weight errings or none at all). They feel and look great on me. So they are a keeper.

I have to add that the stones from the earrings and ring match perfectly. Over all I am satisfied with the products. It is a shame that the Sterling Silver Jade Link Bracelet does not come in size 8.
