My wife loved it. The size was appropriate, for once it looked like the picture!
The chain is probably a little too thin, but otherwise I'd recommend this product.

My daughter is pregnant and her birth month is December so this mother and child with blue topaz necklace seems like a perfect gift for a birthday present.
The cons: There are not many mother and child necklaces out there to choose from. Attached to this necklace is a large Made in China label. The chain is about .5mm very dainty. Clasp is minuscule for my fingers. Pendant is about dime sized.
The pros: Arrived in record time. Comes in a blue velvet jewelry box enclosed in a blue cardboard box nice for gift giving. The gold is shiny and solid and the blue topaz accent adds a nice touch of color.
It's pretty, dainty and I'm sure will be loved especially for what it represents. I purchased a 16" 14K gold 1mm sparkle chain with a nice clasp for about $60 from another website to give with it.
I will post a photo when she wears it.

I bought it as a birthday gift for my mom and she liked it. It is only about 1 cm wide although it looks bigger in the picture. The chain is also thin.
